About.
My Story.
Starting in 2016, I walked through a series of awakenings after a friend passed away. Bit by bit, I started to notice more, feel more, and have more questions. Childhood traumas started to reveal themselves in 2020. Throughout my life, I would have flashes of a certain trauma but for 20+ years I walked through the same cycle: the memory would present itself, fear about this trauma would take over, and then I would “forget” - until 2020 rolled around. The memories came back in full force and I had no other choice but to look at it, feel it, and start the process of unraveling.
A fated move to San Diego resulted in a much-needed cosmic course correction. I dove into the world of spirituality and healing, spending years dedicated to my own healing and inner transformation. Through my own healing journey, my purpose was revealed - helping others walk home to themselves while embodying their unique blueprint.
My goal is to help my clients embrace their multidimensionality while honoring each and every aspect that makes you who you are. While reminding you that you don’t have to hide your light, reminding you that your power is sourced from within.
I am a certified Reiki Practitioner, Intuitive Healer, and Intuitive Consultant who takes a lot of inspiration from my love of music and nature.
See you in session! xo
You are the medicine.
Hi. I’m Kaitlin, the heart & soul behind Medicine of you.
I created Medicine of you as a result of my own inner experiences. I reached a moment where I was tired of being a prisoner of my limiting beliefs. I was tired of feeling powerless over my trauma. I was tired of not seeing that I held the keys to my power. I was tired of making myself small.
Intuitive healing and other spiritual practices changed that for me. I found a home within myself after years of searching outside of myself for strength.
I’m here to help you walk back home to yourself while serving as a mirror and guide along your spiritual journey. The road back home to yourself may be filled with many twists and turns, but it is always, always worth it.
